I inherited my mother's silver flatware and fine china. The silver was in the original cloth bags that they were in when Mom bought them prior to marrying my dad. I finally broke down and bought this chest. It was nicer than I imagined. It now holds my mom's silver in style. It is small enough to sit in the china cabinet with mom's china. I love it.

I got this when I got a set of flatware. Got the floor display version, still wrapped but a small nick in the finish on the inside of cover. For about half price that.s fine, I could have easily nicked the cover myself in normal use.Holds service for 12 including serving set and cocktail set (little bitty forks, spoons, butter knives)
