I have never used one of these before but a friend of mine had one so I figured I would give it a try. I am glad I did! I have used it for pie crust and pizza dough, it works great for both. The best part is that I have virtually no mess to clean up.

First MADE IN THE USA!!! Second Made rolling out the Christmas cookies a breeze (but you must still flour rolling pin and surface) ... No sticking on my wooden roller! Third Washed up like a charm! This had been biggest concern, would it last. Three thumbs up!!!
