This is the 2nd set of William Bounds Salt and Pepper Mills that I have owned. The first set is approximately 25 years old. They still work fine but over the years the insides of the mill gets to looking a little mottled from the salt in particular rubbing against the plastic from the inside. I will continue to use the old ones but the newer ones I will use for company.
I highly recommend these Mills.
