It doesn't taste anything like cheese, but it's great for straining. Always good to have plenty of this around and it's a great price.

It is cheesecloth! There were two packages, which make it even better. I use it for coffee and straining, and keeping flies out of my wine-to-vinegar jars. Cheesecloth is versatile and awesome.
